Seeking experienced Customer Service and Front Desk Associate, for a growing Fitness Recovery spot in Playa Vista, CA. Must be organized, excellent communication, positive attitude and reliable.

Job Duties include:

Customer service, booking appointments, membership sales/retention, studio operations and knowledge of services.
Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries (calls an emails) and resolving issues promptly, effectively and professionally!
Assist customers with service selection and explain benefits of services
Maintain accurate customer records/notes and update information as necessary
